I’m stuck on a piece of advice I got from a YMCA fencing class when I was a kid. “Hold the hilt like it’s a small bird. Loose enough that you don’t hurt it. Tight enough that it won’t fly away.” I think about that in relation to the aspects of life we care about but can’t control.
Awesome move. Congratulations!
I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Partner at Stride!
Congratulations, Frankie! I’m happy for you and I’m proud to have found a successor so capable of leading Stride into the future.

Leveraging discovery and delivery to both meet customer expectations and grow market share avoid building unnecessary features and improve processes and engagement. #dualtrackagile #polaritythinking #productinnovation #businessoutcomes

Dual track agile balances risk and reward. Discovery involves taking risks and testing new ideas that may or may not work. Delivery leverages established patterns and practices to make predictable and reliable progress. #dualtrackagile #polaritythinking
I encourage people to consider attending the leadership forum community’s forum. July 11-14. Remote and in person attendance. A great community for learning how to apply purpose to practice. Speakers forthcoming.
